Where is Nexus Co-Working?
2nd Floor, Patel Complex, opp. DB Mall, Zone-I, MP Nagar, Bhopal 462011. We are opposite DB Mall, in the MP Nagar Zone-I commercial centre. See the map.
What does it cost?
A day pass is ₹500. A workstation by the month is ₹4,500. A single cabin is ₹6,000 a month and a cabin for up to 3 is ₹10,000 a month. The meeting room, which is also the large cabin for 8 to 10, is ₹24,000 a month or ₹3,000 a day. All prices are + GST.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Nexus Co-Working has a GSTIN, and a GST invoice is available. Prices on this site are plus GST.
Is there a broker fee?
No broker fee.
Is there a deposit?
For monthly plans, yes: 2 months. No deposit for a day pass or a day booking.
Can I try it for a day?
Yes. A workstation day pass is ₹500 + GST.
What is available right now?
The Seats now table on the home page and the plan cards on the workstations, cabins and meeting room pages show what is available and what is booked. If something is full, ask Amrendra.
How do I visit?
Message or call Amrendra, come to the 2nd floor of Patel Complex, and see the space. You can start with a day pass.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 8 PM. Saturday 10 AM to 8 PM. Sunday closed.
Is there Wi-Fi and AC?
Yes: free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
Is there parking?
Paid parking nearby at the MP Nagar multi-level parking.
